9. Purchasing Zuri Products from our online Shop

 

The images of the Products on our Website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colors accurately reflects the color of the Products. Products purchased may vary slightly from images on our Website. Details of the products available for purchase (including their price) are set out on The Zuri Initiative Online Store. Zuri takes all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on our online store are correct at the time when the relevant information is placed onto the online store. Although every effort is made to keep the Zuri Online Store as up to date as possible, the information appearing at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.

10. Returns Policy

 

You can return products within 10 days if you receive a wrong, damaged, defective item or if you change your mind. Inform us as soon as possible if any of this applies to you by sending mail to info@zuri-initiative.com or calling us on 0702 364 039. When returning an item, ensure all seals, tags and accessories are left intact and the item is in its original packaging. We will refund you your money for the product(s) once we have received your item(s) in a satisfactory condition. The delivery charges (the cost for initial delivery to you and that of returning goods to us) will only be refunded for items that are wrongly sent, damaged or defective.
